The Bellevue Roofers provides roof repair, roof replacement and maintenance for homes and businesses in Bellevue and nearby Washington towns. We work on pitched residential roofs and on flat commercial roofs. The company is licensed and insured. In Washington, a roofing contractor registers with the Department of Labor & Industries, which requires a bond and liability insurance, and anyone can confirm a registration on the state's Verify a Contractor lookup.
What makes roofing different on the Eastside
Water is the whole story here. The rainy months run from fall into spring, and a roof shaded by Douglas firs or western red cedars may not dry out for weeks. Moss takes root, needles choke valleys and gutters, and November wind storms throw branches around. A large share of local houses were built with cedar shake that has now aged out, so much of our replacement work is converting shake to composition shingles or metal, with new sheathing underneath. Mid-century ramblers often carry a torch-down section that needs a membrane and working drains. Snow is an occasional visitor and hail is seldom seen.

- Roof coatings, maintenance visits, gutters and inspections
How a job runs
It begins with a free inspection. Someone from our team gets on the roof, takes photos and shows them to you. You then receive a written quote that sets out repair and replacement options with clear pricing. Once you choose, we set a date, protect your property and handle permits when the work needs them. Repairs are often completed in one visit. Full replacements usually take one to three days depending on size and weather. At the end the crew cleans up and walks the finished work with you.
Our service area is Bellevue plus Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Issaquah, Sammamish, Newcastle, Renton, Medina, Clyde Hill, Woodinville, Bothell and Kenmore. Call or text (425) 522-5354 to book an inspection.
